- I live in Grey Lynn, Westmere or West Lynn, if you prefer
- Both sides are my family from Auckland. I am a 6th generation New Zealander
- Attended Auckland University
- I am married with two children, a son Billy and a daughter Florence.
- Long ago, I fled Auckland – lived in New Plymouth, Tokyo, London, Wellington
- Been living in West Lynn for 7 years

- After being quite a big traveller, now, most weeks I barely go more than 5 kms from our house

- I want to learn how to blog and picked a topic I do know something about!
- I have not found much on Westmere on the web and thought it might be useful for people who are new to the area
